Company Overview

Ramelius Resources Limited (ASX:RMS) is a Western Australian gold producer that since listing in 2003, has grown into an ASX100 company with a vision to increase production to more than 500,000 ounces per annum by 2030.
The Company’s first mine, Wattle Dam, 70km south of Kalgoorlie, operated successfully from 2006 to 2013 and at one stage was the highest-grade gold mine in Australia.
Today, Ramelius owns two production and processing hubs at Mt Magnet in the Murchison region, Edna May in the Wheatbelt and the Rebecca-Roe development project 200km east of Kalgoorlie in the Goldfields.
Mt Magnet is the mainstay of production, processing feed from nearby mines as well as satellite operations at Dalgaranga, Cue and Penny. Rebecca-Roe is expected to come online in FY29, while Edna May remains under care and maintenance as the Company reviews options for the asset.
Ramelius has long pursued a dual strategy of growth through exploration and sensible, value-accretive acquisition. The Company added the Rebecca-Roe Project to its portfolio through the acquisitions of Apollo Consolidated and Breaker Resources in 2022 and 2023 respectively. Later in 2023, the high-grade Cue Project was acquired through the takeover of Musgrave Resources.
The largest and most transformational transaction Ramelius has executed to date came in 2025 with the $2.4 billion merger with Spartan Resources. This deal gave Ramelius ownership of the Dalgaranga Gold Project, 60km from Mt Magnet, which includes the Never Never and Pepper deposits, widely regarded as one of the best gold discoveries in Australia since the turn of the century.
The Company began trucking ore from Never Never to the Mt Magnet mill in February 2026 and the new operation will underpin an expansion at Mt Magnet that will lift its long-term production rate to ~360,000 ounces per annum.
