Shareholder FAQs
At Ramelius, our purpose is to deliver long-term shareholder value. We endeavour to maximise our return on invested capital and, where appropriate, return a proportion of any free cashflows generated to shareholders in the form of dividends.
We are committed to:
- Paying ordinary dividends to our shareholders that are sustainable considering key underlying external and internal factors
- Subject to Board discretion, paying a minimum dividend of $0.01 per share on a full year basis, with a target maximum payout of 30% of free cash flow generated for the financial year provided Ramelius maintains:
- a minimum cash and gold balance of A$50 million; and
- an overall mine life of at least five years
- Where possible, franking dividend payments to the fullest extent and in accordance with current taxation laws

Right to Receive Documents
Notice of Shareholder Rights Under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)
Ramelius Resources Limited (Ramelius or the Company) gives notice under section 110K of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) of the rights of shareholders (Members) to choose how they receive certain Company documents.
Under the Corporations Act, Members may elect to:
- Receive documents in physical form.
- Receive documents in electronic form.
- Not receive certain documents at all (where permitted by law).
Documents covered by your election
- Notices of meeting, proxy forms and voting forms.
- Documents relating to resolutions to be considered without a meeting.
- Annual Reports (including the financial report, directors’ report and auditor’s report).
- This notice of shareholder rights, unless it is readily available on the Company’s website.
- Any other documents prescribed by relevant regulations.
Your rights as a Member
Each Member is entitled to:
- Elect to receive Documents electronically or in hard copy.
- Elect not to receive Annual Reports (or other permitted documents).
- Make an election covering all Documents or only certain classes.
- Withdraw or change an election at any time by notifying the Company.
Important notes
Each Member is entitled to:
- Your election takes effect from the first business day after Ramelius is notified, unless you specify a later date.
- An election to receive physical documents may not apply if it is received within 30 days of a statutory deadline for sending Documents.
- If you do not make an election, Ramelius may treat you as having elected to receive Documents electronically, consistent with modern investor communication practices across the mining sector.
Ad hoc requests for Documents
You may request that Ramelius send you a particular Document, in either physical or electronic form, at any time.
Ramelius will take reasonable steps to send the requested Document:
- Within three business days of receiving the request, or
- by any later time permitted under the Corporations Act.
Updating your communication preferences
Ramelius encourages all Members to elect electronic communication, allowing you to receive Company information promptly while supporting sustainability by reducing printed materials – an approach widely adopted across the Australian mining industry.
