Vacation Program
Step onto site and shape your future in mining
Our Vacation Program runs during the summer semester break from December to February and provides paid on-site placements at a premier Western Australian gold operation.
You’ll have the opportunity to apply what you’ve learned in the classroom in a real mining context, work alongside experienced professionals, and take on practical responsibilities and gain insight into both open pit and underground operations.
Our vacation students experience:
- Hands on experience in live mining environments
- Mentorship and structured support
- A paid placement that runs during their semester break
- A pathway into our Graduate Program

Graduate Program

Our structured two year program is designed for ambitious graduates who want to contribute from day one. You’ll rotate across multiple operations, experience different mining environments and deliver real outcomes that support the business.
From your first rotation, you’ll be immersed in meaningful work, developing technical capability, commercial awareness and leadership confidence.

Scholarships
As part of our commitment to creating pathways for entry level mining talent, Ramelius offers the annual
Robert ‘Bob’ Kennedy Memorial Scholarship, a $10,000 award in partnership with Curtin University that supports a student studying a mining related degree who requires financial assistance.
