Ramelius’ FY30 goal of producing 500,000 ounces of gold per annum can only be achieved through the skill, effort and commitment of our people across every site, project and function.

Female representation has grown to 23 percent in FY25, up from 19 percent in FY24, supported by practical actions such as gender pay gap analysis, parity reviews in appointments and promotions, and enhanced parental leave initiatives.
